During the 1970s, taught on the University of Melbourne's MBA and Advanced Management Programs (the latter being a 6 week residential Program for senior managers). Disciplines included Strategy and Marketing.
During the 1980s and early 1990s, designed and led customised programs for some of Australia’s leading corporations. These were typically two-week residential programs that covered Strategy, Finance, Marketing as well as Leadership and Interpersonal Skills. The same 10 or so corporations were clients throughout these years, each running 2- 6 programs per year.
Extensive review of the management and administrative processes of the University of Melbourne.
Led a strategy project to re-focus/re-direct Melbourne University Private and served on the Board for the subsequent year.
Led the team that designed the Curricula and Business Model for the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (modelled on Kennedy) which was established in 2003.
Led the team that merged Melbourne Business School with Mt. Eliza Business School (the two leading business schools in this region, the latter with close ties to CCL).
